CBSE Date Sheet 2027 Out: The CBSE Board Exam 2027 date sheet is one of the most awaited announcements for students studying in Classes 10 and 12. Thousands of students are waiting to know when their board examinations will begin, which subjects will be scheduled first and how much preparation time they will get between two papers.
For students, the official timetable is more than just an examination schedule. It helps them organise revision, complete pending chapters, practise sample papers and prepare for practical examinations. Parents and teachers also use the date sheet to plan the final stage of preparation.
Students should check the official CBSE website for the confirmed 2027 timetable. The exact subject-wise dates should not be considered final until they appear in an official CBSE notification.
CBSE Date Sheet 2027: Latest Update for Class 10 and 12 Students
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) conducts board examinations for Class 10 and Class 12 every year. The date sheet provides the complete examination schedule, including subject names, paper dates and important instructions.
Students appearing in the 2027 board examinations should download the timetable as soon as CBSE publishes the official PDF. It is important to use the board-issued document rather than relying on unofficial social media posts or circulating screenshots.
The date sheet generally contains separate schedules for Class 10 and Class 12. Students should carefully check their respective class timetable because both examinations may have different paper dates and timings.

CBSE Class 10 Date Sheet 2027: Check Subject-Wise Exam Schedule
Class 10 students will be particularly interested in the dates of Mathematics, Science, Social Science, English and Hindi examinations. These are among the major subjects that require regular revision and practice.
The official Class 10 timetable will help students understand the gap between different papers. For example, if there is sufficient time between two examinations, students can use those days to revise difficult topics and solve previous years’ question papers.
Students should pay attention to the following subjects while checking their timetable:
- English Language and Literature
- Hindi Course A and Course B
- Mathematics Standard and Basic
- Science
- Social Science
- Information Technology
- Computer Applications
- Other skill-based and optional subjects
The actual examination dates and subject codes must be confirmed from the official Class 10 date sheet. Students should also check whether their selected subject combination matches the timetable.
CBSE Class 12 Date Sheet 2027: Science, Commerce and Arts
Class 12 students need to check their timetable carefully because the subject combinations differ across Science, Commerce and Humanities streams.
Science students generally focus on Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology. Commerce students prepare for Accountancy, Business Studies and Economics, while Humanities students may have subjects such as History, Political Science, Geography and Sociology.
The date sheet helps students divide their remaining preparation time according to the order of examinations.
Students should check the following subjects according to their stream:
- Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology
- Accountancy, Economics and Business Studies
- History, Geography and Political Science
- English Core and Hindi Core
- Computer Science and Informatics Practices
- Physical Education
- Other elective and vocational subjects
Students should not assume that every subject has the same examination schedule across different schools or subject combinations. The official subject code is equally important when checking the timetable.

Preparation Tips After the CBSE Date Sheet 2027 Announcement
Once the official timetable becomes available, students should prepare a practical revision plan. Studying every subject for the same number of hours may not be the best approach. Difficult subjects and topics that require more practice deserve additional attention.
A few useful steps can make the final preparation period more productive:
- Prepare a separate revision timetable for each subject.
- Complete important chapters before starting full-length mock tests.
- Practise previous years’ question papers.
- Revise formulas, definitions, diagrams and important dates regularly.
- Avoid leaving practical files and project work until the last moment.
- Get enough sleep before examination days.
Students should also check their school announcements for practical examination details, internal assessment requirements and admit card updates.
